We liked the whole building, the history of the building. The hotel itself is a living museum of memorabilia relating to the Harland & Wolff offices. Our accessible room was fantastic for my wife's needs. She thought the bathroom and wet room shower area was great. She requested a non slip bath mat which was delivered to our room in no time. The breakfast room and food available was excellent. We would like to send our thanks for the excellent service and attention we received from all your staff especially in the bar namely Roisin, Kirsty and Jake and Ben in reception. We will certainly be hoping to stay with you again in the not so distant future. I reckon this was one of the very best hotels we have had the pleasure to stay in. It was a nice touch to view the Titanic Experience building from our windows especially when illuminated at night.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was fabulous and the whole building is like a museum - history wherever you look. The breakfast was plentiful and very yummy! You can go healthy or not or both!!! We had a meal at the Wolff Grill which was delectable and the staff were super friendly. All the staff are really helpful. We loved hanging out at the bar - David in the day and Andy at night were superb (Andy thanks for the ice for my knee!). Lovely chat with the Polish lady - sorry I didn’t get your name - but the staff just make an evening staying in the hotel, chilling, sitting at the bar! The Titanic museum is directly opposite and the Maritime mile is there too. It’s a nice walk back from the city - we took taxis out in the morning booked by the hotel - not too expensive. All in all - we loved it and would highly recommend.

What is there not to like....literally 2 minutes from the hotel entrance to the Titanic Exhibition. The whole hotel has its theme of course but this was everywhere... you didn't know where to look next and what to read....amazing. Bit of advice..go exploring .. you find rooms, board rooms, old reception areas that you can look through. Having dinner in the actual drawing / planning room where the Titanic was designed was incredible and something my dad and I will always remember. The meal was lovely and not expensive at all. Can't speak highly of the rooms also....comfortable beds, again the Titanic theme on the headboards was so well thought out...and very clean. JUST GO AND STAY... you will not regret it.

The style, the welcome, the wee hats, the bedrooms, the GM, the bar, the food the drinks, the bed, the toiletries, the distance to the museum, the wee laugh from the receptionist when I asked is it far to the museum... come on how daft am I? I can not speak more highly of this hotel. The tasteful decor is magnificent, the approach and design treatment sublime. When I said in passing its time for us to go home but I wish I was staying - the response from the well knowledged conscious staff member was stunning. We wish you could too but we are full and have a few events here too. so come back another time and we'll make sure you enjoy it' That from a young man who knows his craft is PRICELESS.

An amazing Hotel steeped in history. If you are interested in the Titanic Story you have to stay here. This is where the Headquater of the shipyard were.Beautifully restored and with a huge attention to details An unbelievable Team that do everything to help during your stay. We were lucky enough to get the extra Tour of the Hotel from David who gave us so much behind the scene information. The breakfast Buffet was just perfect and the great morning Crew brought everything you needed, even special reqests Very friendly and well organised. The afternoon tea was just so special and that extra bit of elegance.
